Lose That Belly Fat!

Jiggle, wiggle and wobble. Three descriptions that you definitely DO NOT want to use when referring to any body parts, especially your belly.

Anyone would know that belly fat is the hardest to get rid of when compared to the rest of the body. When researched online, you would probably be bombarded with millions of results giving you 'reliable' and 'guaranteed' ways to lose that spare tyre. But how do you know which of those methods are the most effective for you? Is there such a thing as a miracle workout diet? To answer these questions, we must first understand a little bit more about what we are up against.

Having that extra bulge on your belly is undesirable not only because it makes you look less than perfect in that stylist outfit you love so much, it is also because it has been scientifically linked to certain health issue such as diabetes and stroke, among others. Therefore, even if you don't mind that extra bit, it is still important to keep it in check to keep those health problems at bay. Now that we know excess belly fat can signal a deeper health issue, how do we start to COMBAT it?

There is no such thing as a miracle cure, however much we may wish there was. The most effective strategy is to work on 3 main aspects which are THE RIGHT PRODUCTS, THE RIGHT NUTRITION and THE RIGHT EXERCISE.

Supplements are definitely one of the best ways available to a person if he or she is looking to lose weight immediately. TRA products are designed to boost metabolism, reduce carbohydrate cravings and control cortisol levels.

  • TRA COMPLEX - Enhances natural metabolism and prevents uncontrollable storage of fats in the body.
  • DUOLEAN - Block carbohydrate absorption and speeds up excretion of dietary fats by 28%.
  • DIENE O LEAN - Encourages fat loss and speeds up building of muscle mass.
  • TRIM SHAKE - Reduces calorie intake that prevent fat gain with soluble fibers while giving your body the right protein.
  • LIFEPAK - Formulation of a network of 45 antioxidants and 37 mineral nutrients that support healthy cardiovascular system.

You are what you eat and to certain extent, that is true. Some of you might wonder what causes unflattering belly from your diet. The answer is simple, high calories intake and lack of exercise. To lose some fats, you need to control your food servings, reduce the calories intake by measuring down the food portion. 3333 diet principle is a great way to maintain balance nutrients intake and control food portion. The 3333 diet principle is as easy as using your own fist size to measure the food. Simply divide the food to 4 main groups which include carbohydrate, protein, fruits and vegetables. For example, one fist size of carbohydrate maybe equal to 2 slices of bread. Therefore, in one day you will need to consume 3 servings of each food groups. As for fats, use them sparingly, you still need good fat to maintain your body health, just limit to 1 teaspoon of oil (olive oil, canola oil are good choices) per meal.

Working out is an age-old effective method to assist you in the fight against that pouch. However, contrary on what most people believe, lots and lots of cardiovascular exercise are not going to help much in this case. Having fitter lungs and heart, yes, but not a flatter tummy! Over zealousness in cardiovascular workouts may cause your body to break down lean muscles instead, in a process called catabolism, which is not what you want at all.

The better way to target the problem area is to have 'Interval Training', or 'High Intensity Interval Training' whereby you perform cardio exercises in fits and starts. In other words, alternate the intensities - low, then high then low again and so on, of your exercises. This method has a greater potential to give you the results you are hoping to achieve.

Losing belly fat and keeping it off may not be as impossible as it may seem. Of course, it would require a lot of effort to achieve something good especially in terms of keeping yourself fir and healthy. Nonetheless, it is without a doubt a journey worth taking. And just imagine... you will definitely turn heads (admiring ones, that is) in that outfit of yours!
